An excellent alternative to candy or other snack bars.
These bars are fantastic tasting. They do have 7g sugar per bar (for a 36g bar that's nearly 20% sugar). For people with a sweet tooth like me, these are a great alternative to other chocolate, candy, and less healthy snack bars. Sure, there are plenty of things out there that are better for you, but I've yet to find any that taste like this.

These bars are great, but the Kellogg's FiberPlus Bars, Dark Chocolate Almond, 5 Bars, 6.3-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) are even better!

Kellogs Fiber Plus Bars! My new Favorite Candy Bar
I found these at the grocery store about a year ago and thought I would try them. I need all of the fiber I can get and they are 120 calories. The first time I ate one I was shocked at how good it was. They are better than any candy bar that I have ever eaten. My daughters even love them. Needless to say I am addicted to them. It also helps knowing that when I eat one it is not nearly as bad for me as a candy bar. I would definately ecommend that everyone ty thse bars. They come in Chocolate Chip and Clocolate Chip with Almonds. Hope this helps

Hide 'em From the Kids
The Chocolate Chip FiberPlus bars are delicious. I have found that I must hide them from my kids. My 15 year old son has his friends over and they all like to steal my FiberPlus Bars. There is no funny after taste and they are soft but not too chewy.
