the A/B size of these is just right if you really don't have much of a chest at all. they will fit into a small triangle top - unlike some of the other one size fits all types.

Pretty Good!
I ordered this to give myself a little lift with my bikini this summer. I had a baby a year ago, and my boobs pretty much went from round & perky to saggy teardrops after that.. I really needed anything I could get. I am normally a B cup, but with a bikini, I don't look like I have much at all. When I got this, I inserted them into the padding slots of my bikini (the padding is basically a thin cloth that helps to cover up nipple popups, if ya know what I mean ;) I just put the pushup pads into the same slots. When I wore it, it did give a slight lift. The only bad part about this is that because it is a pushup, the bottom part of the pads are much thicker in other areas (obviously), and it kinda bulges on the bottom of your boobs of the bikini top.. so while it gives you a slight pushup, it also looks a bit like your boobs are pretty saggy from a profile view. This might work wayyy better with bikini halter tops. Overall, I'm satisfied. This also works in full cover bras (not the demi cup bras), better than the big silicone cutlets which are pretty bulky for even regular bras.

I am very small (as is my suit) and they looked neither bulky or unnatural.
