They undoubtly form one of the most perfect pop duos of all-time and this remastered compilation has many great examples of how dancing and intelligent their music can be.

I'm far from being fan of this duo, but I must confess I do like many of their songs and this album has many good dancing pop songs. I'd point out Dressed For Success, The Big L. and Sleeping In My Car.

Everybody knows their everlasting ballad called True but they could also forge some really excellent dancing ones like Only When You Leave and Gold.

Their totally delightful Pop/Ska sound is able to make even a grumpy old man dance in the street like a silly boy!

After releasing some excellent singles in the first half of the 80's, Colin Hay didn't correspond to expectations in his next works and simply disappeared from the pop map. But the fact is that he owns at least 5 wonderful pop songs in his musical curriculum, which are: Down Under, It's A Mistake, Overkill, Everything I Need and Who Can It Be Now?.

Every now and then a rock band can make a brilliant song with a bit noisy guitars that is danceable. Is it only my impression or they really hate Duran Duran?!

This is what I call a perfect synth-rock album! It reminds me of Rio album by Duran Duran just because almost all its tracks are also upbeat & shaking.

This album is exactly what its title suggests. And it's worth the trip indeed!

Put Your Records On is that kind of song that it's impossible to dislike. First class pop soul present in a very good (and a bit underrated) debut album. Its other tracks are calmer, except for Troble Sleeping and I'd Like To, which are more lively ones.

Fabulous record!!! What a talented guy Mika is! His debut album is full of high points. Actually I love all its tracks, mainly, of course, the incredibly delightful Grace Kelly, which I regard as one of the best songs from the last year. Nevertheless it's really good to swing while you're listening to Love Today, Relax,Take It Easy & Big Girl,You Are Beautiful too!

A very sarcastic girl inappropriately called Lily singing well-done bouncy songs. Friday Night lyrics are hilarious and some other ones are controversial for saying the least. Sometimes I had difficulties to believe that this "sweet" girl reached a huge popularity by singing a song where she called a gang to spank her ex-boyfriend just because he had left her. And she smiiiles! Sign of the times.

I think this album owns only one remarkable dancing track besides its 3 hit singles from 2007, which is Kiwi. The other dancing ones are nothing more than decent fillers at my opinion. Anyway it's undoubtly a dance pop album above the average. It blends the elegance from Spandau Ballet with the energy from Adam & The Ants. Adam Levine owns a nasal voice, but it's almost OK, after all he's so sexy.
