Amazon.com Product Description
Timelessly simple in design, this Bulova stainless steel men's watch will complement your contemporary style, but certainly won't detract from it. The large, round watch case measure 42mm wide (1.65 inches) is topped with a slightly raised bezel with embossed five-minute marks. It frames a deliciously silver dial face with a mix of thick silver stick and Arabic numeral markers. It also offers luminous hands (with seconds hand) and a date window at 3 o'clock. It's completed by a stainless steel bracelet band with links mixing polished and brushed finishes. It's joined by a deployment buckle. This precise quartz timepiece also features a scratch-resistant mineral crystal and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet).

About Bulova
In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch.

Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams.

Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

Customer Reviews

nice looking watch - stem doesn't work properly4
This watch looks great but I've had a problem trying to change the date with the stem. It seems that there is no intermediate position for the stem - only in or out. Other than that, I'm happy.

It was just what I was looking for5
I got this watch as an anniversary present for my significant other. I was looking for something not-too-flashy, but not too downplayed, and I felt like this was perfect. It was nicely packaged (watch pillow in a box, not too jewelry like), and the delivery was quick. The watch itself has been working fantastically, and it looks great. It was a little bigger than I was expecting, but I've been buying women's watches lately, so that's no surprise!
