About Bulova
In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch.

Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams.

Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

Fabulous watch!5
I took a chance on this watch as the pictures appeared so life-like I felt I was getting a good feel for what the watch would look like in person. Indeed I did and I was really happy when I got it. It performs beautifully and looks great when I'm dressed up or down. I'd definitely recommend this watch to someone who's looking for a time piece a little out of the ordinary. Great price too!

Elegant sports watch5
This is a beautiful watch with a great price, fast shipping and excellent customer service through My Timepiece.

The clasp is hidden underneath the band so it takes a minute to figure out, but it provides a uniform bracelet look and is actually easier to operate than my other Bulova sports watch.

The mother of pearl face shimmers and the multiple 1-2 pt diamonds sparkle, making this a wonderfully elegant sports watch.

lovely watch, great value!5
I couldn't agree more with Susan's review. My wife hinted (hinted is and understatement!) that she wanted a watch for her birthday. She actually didn't want me to surprise her as she told me what watch exactly to get for her! This watch is very dressy yet can be worn as an everyday watch. Moderately priced it has a Japan made movement and has 24 diamonds decorating it. The dial is easy to read and the date is easy to set with the two position stem. The deployment clasp takes a few tries to get used to but the band is attractive and goes nicely with the watch. Don't confuse this with less expensive watches with an inferior movement, the value is very high and this price makes it a bargain. My wife loves this watch.
