About Bulova
In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch.
Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams.
Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

Great watch, wrong specifications
The watch is great, but beware, it is not as described in the "product specifications" section. This watch is not 35mm in diameter, but only 32, and the band is only 12mm, not 20. The missing milimeters might seem to be negligible, but those extra 3 to 4mm can make a real difference on a big wrist. Some good effort describing the product would be appreciated.
Great watch, great seller!
My husband bought me this watch as a surprise 35th birthday present and I couldn't be more pleased. The watch is great and looks even better than pictured. The diamonds on the pearl colored face are actually large and shiny and the small pave style diamond accents on the edge of the watch band add extra shine. I have already received many compliments on my new watch! The seller, KenMar Watches shipped the watch very quickly (in just a few days). My husband said they were great to deal with, since he first picked out a different Bulova ladies watch on Amazon from KenMar and decided it wasn't the right choice and was able to send it back with no problems- we received a credit very quickly. Great watch- would definitely recommend it!
Beautiful!
I just received this watch for Christmas. My husband looked in all the jewelry stores prior to ordering it on-line and there was nothing even close in price for the quality. The face on this watch is a irridescent beautiful mother of pearl and the diamond accents are just sparkly enough to be noticed. The hand that looks like it would be the second hand is actually the chronograph (the second hand is the bottom dial)--that was a little confusing. You can use the chrono for a second hand easily (just hit the top button to start it--I'm a nurse so I needed that). The diamonds on the band are very small but just add a little sparkle to the watch--not over the top. What makes this watch special, though, and different than a few other Bulova diamond watches on this site, is the smooth contours--makes a very elegant watch. I love it!
