Petz Fashion
Bought this for my 7 year old daughter for a birthday present. She had to have it.She LOVES doggies and/or puppies.I think she may have played with it 2x over the last few months. She says it is just way to much work to get to the place wear you can dress them up etc.Nothing compares to her Super Mario games!! Anyways, not that much fun for her.
Doesn't compare??
I have not played the original "Dogz Fashion" game. It has so far had a 5/5 star rating from Amazon consumers. Hopefully, after I post this review, someone who has played the original one will review this newer version.
Basically, I was disappointed about several things.
There is no mini game play. The original "Dogz fashion" had this. Earning badges with your pet is boring and tedious. (ie ?30 or so minutes of petting your pet before they are fully bonded to you; throwing the ball hundreds of times for your pet to pounce on to increase it's intelligence, etc.) It is my 5 year old's game and there is no way this is going to hold her attention. If there were mini games she could at least do those. Also, there are LOTS of gliches. ie- The petz get stuckz around the cornerz and sadly just keep plodding along. The accuracy of the stylus and where your screen movements aren't great.
On the plus side, she does enjoy dressing up the petz. And as a mom, I am happy there is some creativity involved in this. They get to pick and draw designs on the fabric which is cool.
I am curious what others think so I will check back in a few days.
