(1975)After leaving Deep Purple guitarist Richie Blackmore impressed by Dio's voice got him as the singer of the band and good things happened.Released in 1975,don't let its pretty colours fool you,this album is indeed a rock masterpiece and Dio himself stated that this was his favourite Rainbow album.A fine hour for rock music,definatly worth checking out!

(1981)Another great Dio/Sabbath album.Ronnie's last with Sabbath before rejoining for the "Dehumanizer" album and tour."Sign Of The Southern Cross" and "Falling Off the Edge of the World" are classics.The album's artwork was controversial as it was rumoured to contain "KILL OZZY" written on it.
