Customer Reviews
Don't waste your money to buy it!
I bought it meanly because the resume caster function can distribute your resume through the Internet.
After I spend a lot of time to manually input every thing (Because their auto import of the WORD file made a mess!), I found out that the resume caster is not working at all!
Not for the professional workforce.
What is this software good for you ask....well it does provide many sample resumes and cover letters for a variety of industries and positions that you can plagiarize, just don't expect to use this software to help you replicate it.
The first thing this suite does is make a total mess out of your MS Word resume. Then it offers very little in the way of options that allow you to reconstruct your document in the format provided. I had to laugh when I found an option that provided 30 different resume styles that is supposed to reformat your saved document into one of these 30 designs but it just kept reprocessing into the same exact format with a few separator lines here and there for effect. Thats when I gave up on this junk!
The retail box boasts proudly of resume software awards won in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2003, but strangely the awards end abruptly in 2004. Gee, I wonder why? I'm taking this back to Office Depot and getting the software that won the award in 05'-07. File 86
Would Not Recommend!
This software continually locked up while using it and was frustrating to use. Would have been better off just using a word processing program. Definitely would not recommend, save your money!
