I bought a laptop off of eBay. It was supposed to be a couple months old. But I had trouble after the first 2 weeks. And it died on me after just a couple of months. But thanks to square trade warranty was there for me. They stood behind the warranty 110%. I got my purchase price back with in a week and that included the shipping time to ship it back, which they paid for. ***** Five stars all the way.

I purchased a computer on e-bay that was refurbished and in 6 months the mother board died. I contacted Square Trade and told them what had happened and they quickly refunded my full purchase price. Now I am waiting for my new computer that I ordered and when I receive it I will purchase insurance again with Square Trade. I bought a warranty for my brand new iPhone 3g. A year later it got wet and Apple was going to charge me [...]for a replacement . I filed my claim and in 24 hours I had authorization to pay apple. I faxed my receipt and had my reimbursement via Paypal within 24 hours. Note: I had the option of mailing the phone in but in this case they offered me thus solution since it would be faster. The 60 bucks I spent saved me [...]! Definitely not what kind of service you think of when it comes to extended warranties! If you have an iPhone you need this!
