Keep trying!
This book has some very valuble information in it. When I first tired Emotional Release Therapy on myself it did not work, however with practice it did work. The results were great! No special equipment, knowledge or additional money required and nothing to do with New Age.

I love it!
I am so thrilled to find a book that easily explains the process, gives tremendous validation to the research and results, and Dr. Weston encourages you to start using it right away! It does work!

I have been using energy therapies for about 15 years, and I have seen miraculous things happen. Energy therapy works, and Dr. Weston comes from the heart with his technique and wants to share it with the world. He gives you the tools to do that. He isn't trying to monopolize or capitalize on his techniques, but is trying to get the word out to truly help people heal themselves.

I am a horse body worker, and my clients horses will be benefitting tremendously from this technique. Other techniques have you releasing the emotions, but Dr. Weston replaces that void with positive peaceful affirmations, and makes cell talk and body talk easy. He takes the mystery out of it.
