My Niece LOVED It!
I bought this, and 2 other, fairy figures for my niece's birthday. She is reading a series of books about fairies and really LOVES fairies right now. Well, she LOVED these figures! She played with them for several hours right off the bat. The fairies have names, but she enjoyed naming the horses. The fairies can ride each other's horses. They are well made and quite detailed. They are beautifully "painted."

Great detail and beautiful
I ordered this and several other Schleich items having never seen them before. My nephew and niece gave me pictures of them with their Christmas wish list. My three sons all wanted the Schleich knights just from seeing the pictures. The pictures don't do them justice! Feya is very nice....very detailed and beautiful. She won't be easily broken and my niece who loves horses is going to love her! All the items arrived in great shape, nicely packaged but best of all they are very nice quality. We also got the dragon, several mailers and a couple of knights on horseback. All are just great and worth the money. These will provide hours of imaginative play.

Beautiful, but more detailed than I would have preferred for my daughter.
We bought a bunch of knights on horseback as party favors for our 6 year old's medieval themed birthday party. Because our 4 year old daughter will have nothing to do with anything unless it is somehow connected to princesses, or fairies, or at least has pink in it somewhere, we bought Feya to give to her. Like all of the figures we have seen from this company, this is well made, substantial, and beautifully detailed. Our daughter will absolutely love it... if we give it to her.

We're hesitating because the horse is perhaps just a tiny bit too detailed. At a glance, I would have guessed it is female, but upon closer inspection is most definitely not female. S/He has clearly defined male genitalia (I added a picture, but it might not last because it probably violates Amazon's terms of service regarding the posting toy porn). We're not uptight about stuff like that, but at the same time, we were little puzzled about why such detail was so painstakingly added to a toy. We will certainly keep it, and we will give it to her, but I might just fire up the Dremel first and stave off the awkward conversations for another year or two.
