The 25-036 wood lathe duplicator is designed to create perfectly matched spindles, either from an original spindle or your own home-made template, with ease. Featuring a sturdy extruded aluminum base and carriage, a smooth hand wheel controlled rack and pinion system and a high-speed steel cutter, the 25-036 can be fit to most 12 to 22 inch swing floor model lathes that have cast bedways. With a maximum ¼ - inch depth of cut per pass, 1/8 inch recommended, and a maximum total cutting depth of 3-inches, the 25-036 can duplicate spindles of up to 36-inches in length and from 2 to 20-inches in diameter, depending on the capacity of your lathe.
