making mini mandalas
This is a great product for making your own mandalas. The stencils are great and it's easy to use. My only complaints would be that the stencil is not completley tight in the circle that holds it which can lead to circles that don't always line up at their completion - with practice this can be cvercome. Also the colored pencils they give are too few and there is not pencil sharpener included. All of that said, I love this product and have had a blast creating beautiful mandalas. I have the classic size one also and actually prefer the mini.

Marvelous Mandalas
My 8 year old daughter has the Classic Mini Mandala set from Ravensburger. We have had it for about a year now and it is still a favorite! She says it makes really pretty mandalas and it is fun to do! She creates a stack of the mandalas and then staples the pages together to create her own coloring book... then she colors them later. So it is kind of a two for one--
designing AND then coloring. It is VERY sturdy (it has been on several trips with us, as the "mini" size is very packable). It is a real steal for the price-- I will be buying ALL of the other designs (ocean, nature, romantic, etc.) --- they make GREAT gifts!
