If you use hi-drain devices regularly, you need these.
Rechargable batteries have come a long way since the horrid little things that took 24 hours to charge and worked for 24 minutes. The bottom line is, anything you use that you have to replace batteries in on a regular basis, needs to be replaced with these. The initial investment will pay for itself in no time flat. I've been using a few different varieties of these NiMH batteries for a few years (with this one being the current type) and I would never be without them. Not to mention that depending upon what you're using them in, they tend to actually last longer than normal Alkaline batteries. Only drawback is still that they won't hold a charge forever though chances are you'll use it up long before the natural discarge drains it.
