Inflatable Kayak5
I already owned a Sterns Inflatable Kayak IK95 and thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted to find another one just like it and found the Firefly. It is the perfect match. These small inflatable kayaks have all the features that are needed to enjoy a very comfortable, safe, high quality inflatable for recreational use. I live by some very beautiful freshwater ponds and these inflatables aford me wonderful access to all the nooks and crannies of the pond as well as the privacy of a personal water craft which can be used as a vehicle for paddling as well as a float for sunbathing. Besides all that, they are totally portable and can be taken anywhere in the trunk of your car or even can be checked onboard an airplane. I haven't tried it yet, but the firefly's tote bag could even be stored in the overhead compartment on a plane.Advanced Elements FireFly Inflatable Kayak

Quite Impressive4
I bought it here last Nov. I am quite pleased with the purchase. It perform better than what I expect.

Good things:

Quite stable, it takes only 5 minutes to pump the air and set it up( the fastest one I ever had), conquer class II white water without much problem. Speed and tracking are fine. Perform well both on flat water or class I or II water. Durability is quite good. Still strong after 30 uses.

Bad things:
Not for people who is tall or over 180 Ib, and don't pump too full for the bottom chamber. Otherwise, you could damage it. Both air chambers are made from so-so or cheap material. That's why it is cheapest model of great AE. Sitting is not very comfortable, but not too bad either. Can't carry much stuff.

One word: The best solution for a quick trip or short trip if you are not tall or quite slim, no matter flatwater or whitewater.

I love my Firefly5
The Firefly by Advanced Elements is a perfect size for me. It takes just minutes to inflate and is very easy to carry. It performs very well in our Napa River and rides the wakes of boats with ease. I can't wait to try it on mountain lakes and other streams and rivers.
