I absolutely LOVE this shake. It tastes so good, that it is like having a treat! I drink it every morning for a quick, easy, filling breakfast. I also have it for dinner sometimes. DO NOT order this product from the Nutrition 53 website. They are more expensive, they charge outrageous shipping, and the fine print tricks you into enrolling in their automatic shipment program. Their customer service also stinks. Stick with amazon.com and try this amazing product. You will love it!

You get tons of energy and it fills you up for hours.

Lean1 is the BEST!
Lean1 is by far the best Nutrition/Performance shake I have ever used. I have tried so many different ones such as EAS. However, Lean1 blows them out of the water in every category.

Taste - I have used both Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. Both are filled with flavor and taste that remind me of a dessert.

Easy to Mix - I usually use a blender but have on occasion used a shaker bottle. The bottle completely mixes up with no lumps in just a few shakes of the hand.

Quality - There is not a shake or drink of its kind on the market that stands up to everything Lean1 offers. You can see all the ingredients on [...].

Customer Service - Nutrition53 has excellent customer service. They called me to ensure that delivery came in the proper amount of time and also to see if I had any additional questions on the use of the product.
