Customer Reviews
it sucks! i can NOT reset my combination.
the so called instruction guide is vague. only pics no words. its something very technical, so u gotta hav words to explain. but unfortunately they dont have! so i cant understand very well, and i tried to reset my new combination, but now the lock is not working! and its broken. i just got it this afternoon though! :[
Too bad it doesn't work
I purchased this lock for my new Samsung NC-10 Netbook just before leaving on a trip to Africa. Unfortunately the factory default lock wasn't set to the specified '0000' so I was unable to use it. I even took it to a nearby computer store to have them look at it to make sure I wasn't an idiot and not opening it properly. No luck. I had to go out and quickly find an in store replacement. So, in my book this product gets a big fat 0. Hopefully they'll still take it back when I return as I was unable to ship it out before I left. :-(
