The FS2402D includes the drill, two FSX-treme 24 volt batteries, charger, #2 phillips bit, and a rugged storage case.

Great Drill
I bought this drill for my husband and he loves it. It's the 2nd one that I've purchased for him. He uses it ever day doing his job as a carpenter. He's owned several cordless drills and this one is by far his most favorite.
