Sanus Mounting Rack
Bought the Sanus LT25 mounting rack for my recently purchased 46" Sony-Z.
Best Buy selling same rack for $225+ tax. I paid $109 with free shipping and zero sales tax. Fast delivery and it arrived in excellent condition. I like all the adjustments. It was easy to install on my masonary fireplace. Drilled six 1/2" holes, inserted the provided anchors, laid mounting bracket over holes installed the six provided lag bolts. Installed the other part of the mounting bracket with the four provided bolts to the back of the TV in the provided threaded holes. They sent a bag with several size bolts and spacers. So you will not have to purchase any bolts to mount the bracket to the back of the TV. If you mount this rack to the studs behind your dry wall you can use the same six anchors. Max install time 10 minutes. Theres nothing I need to know before I bought this.

Sanus LT25-B1 TV Wall Mount
Would have given this mount a 5 star rating but for one thing. The mount width allows for spanning only two studs (16" on center) which means if your studs are not centered in the space your planning to place the mount then one side will not be bolted down. In other words your first set of bolts (top & bottom) will be in a stud on one side of the mount (in my case the right side) and your second set of bolts will be 16" away - just left of center on my mount. Because of this the TV sits left of center on the mount (to center the TV in the space) putting some of the weight on the unbolted side.

The mount is still strong enough to support the TV weight but on the unbolted side the mount pulls slightly away from the wall. I did call Sanus direct to question this and they assured me it would be fine - and so far so good. FYI - TV is a 46" Sony KDL-46XBR9

That said it is a great mount, nice looking, well made, and the kickstand feature works well for accessing connections behind the TV. Bought the mount through Amazon and I'm very please with their service, price, shipping, etc.

Directions were confusing. No directions---just pictures. Very easy to put on the wall.
very light. Can hold almoust 200 pounds. I would buy again
