The Title of the Book Says It All
I purchased a copy of this book at Walmart for our 4 year old to use in our homeschool. The title of the book says it all! It has everything for early learning preschool! This is a complete pre K program in one book. The book is made up of five chapters: Basic Concepts, Mathematics Readiness, Numbers 0-10, Reading Readiness, Letters and Sounds. The book contains coloring as well as cut and paste activites that are fun! It is 320 pages including achievement stickers to use as rewards for a job well done. We utilize this book as the "worktext" for our literature based pre K program.
Our child preferred this hands down to the "Developing the Early Learner Books" which came with our pre K program.

Great value.
I purchased this title at Walmart for under $4 to keep my daughter busy while my older children are doing their schoolwork. She likes it quite a bit. If I was just rating it based on value and her opinion it would be 4.5... But I would like some color- not just black and white. Overall it is a great value. :)

Not as good as it was before revisions
I used this book about 9 years ago home-schooling my own children. I recently purchased a new copy to teach a child I babysit and I find the book is not as good as it was before all of the revisions. Just one more example of how so-called "progress" is actually "regress".
