This or a similar calendar is the way to go-- much easier than trying to keep up a full baby book when you are sleep deprived and very busy!

We found swaddling our newborn really helped to calm him in the first month. These also come in fleece for cold weather.

We use it every day-- it protects your child from grimy store carts and high chairs, and makes them much more comfortable for a baby under a year old.

Very handy-- most stroller shades are too small to keep the sun out of baby's eyes. This one works well and is easy to take on and off the stroller.
