Total sun protection
I ended up sending mine back but it does offer total sun protection but not if you have a car seat in the front - it will not stretch over the car seat. I figured it would be too much for my toddler to climb in and out of the cover in the jump seat. Its pretty heavy and dark too but very high quality and nicely made. I can't imagine pushing it around the sidewalks w/this cover on.
