Strong Alpha Hydroxy product, but works
This is a stronger acid product than you typically find these days, but it's effective. I've been using it for about three months and am very pleased with the results. My skintone is smoother and I haven't had a breakout. It's important to use a product like this with an alpha-hydroxy claenser and toner. The thing is, your skin is already acidic - it has an "acid mantle" that helps protect it from bacteria. For an acid product to work, you have to decrease the pH (increase the acidity) to a level that's not the norm. That's when you're getting a mini "peel" as the acid burns off the dead skin cells that have accumulated on the surface. This minimizes the appearance of wrinkles (think sandpapering), and prevents breakouts (pores are cleaner). The only problem I have with this is that I find the odor unpleasant when it's first applied. I will say that your skin does have a nice, soft peachy smell after a few minutes, though. My boyfriend loves it!

Good but not Great!
I ordered this because of the reviews, I saw previously. And I was looking for a AHA face lotion. The price is good for 3 bottles, but the results I am getting at not. Although the scent is a wonderful Peach, its very refreshing. Previously I used Alpha Hydrox face lotion and it worked a lot better, especially with cell turnover and moisturization. I will continue to use this until its gone, but I will not be ordering it again.

great for rough, scaly patches on your face
I have these three problem patches, two at either side of my mouth and extending up to my nose, and one just under my lower lip. These patches get rough and scaly during cooler periods of the year and with certain facial cleansers.

I bought this product because of its claim to help refine even the driest skin (I think that's what it says on the bottle), and so far, I love it. It has a fresh peach scent, and it goes on smoothly. It sinks into my skin immediately; no greasy skin here. It takes care of the rough patches, and so far, I've had not one bad skin reaction to it. I don't need to reapply it, either, like I do most moisturizers. I paid almost $10 for one bottle of this stuff at the local organic products store, so I will stock up here at Amazon when I need to get more, and I'll spread the wealth around by sharing this one with some friends. Great stuff!
