Not so easily adjustable...
I bought this chair because supposedly, it is fully adjustable and can seat different body types and sizes comfortably, compared to the other models I was looking at. (We use Oakworks at school.) Unfortunately, the seat height doesn't adjust because the chair has a "smart seat", where the person can sit closer or farther away from the chest pad. Thus, I was able to seat the clients comfortably but my body mechanics suffered a bit because I was massaging from a higher angle. Also, the arm rest should be parallel to the ground, but the chair has certain settings and it won't always align the way you want it to.
