Customer Reviews
Well worth it!
I've been having severe lower back pain for years and have been going to a chiropracter for about 8 months now with no improvment. I purchased this item 3 weeks ago and for the first time in about 3 years, I'm finally getting some relief. I am very encouraged that if I keep using this, my back pain will at the very least be greatly reduced. Although it still hurts, I can tell it's improving. The product itself is very sturdy, and as far as inversion tables go, you can't beat the price I got on Amazon. It was also easy to put together. VERY happy with my purchase!!

A lower back injury I received several years ago flares up from time to time. Prior to this year these occurrences were minor, however about 8 months ago the pain steadily lasted for more than a week, so I began seeing a chiropractor. After 8-10 sessions over a three week period things were feeling better than they ever had, but a few weeks ago everything came back in full force. After two sessions, no improvement, and I happened to see an advertisement for inversion tables on television. After reading 150+ positive reviews and no negative ones on any brand of inversion table, I decided on this one from Amazon. I was pleased with the detailed instructions, and after playing with the counterweighting proceeded to a 70 degree inversion. I'm now at day 3 and, although I don't feel "cured," things do certainly feel different. I've been hopping on several times a day whenever things start feeling bad for relief. When I get off the table, things feel much better, and the pain does gradually return, but the tightness is gone. I've been waiting for a nice crack or several cracks down the spine, but no such luck yet even in full inversion. I do agree with the common complaint of ankle pain, but I don't think the ankle attachments on this particular table are any different than more expensive models. My current solution: ski boots that keep my ankles from dipping. I will be scouting additional options for more ankle comfort as well as exercises to try on the table to make my experience worth more and hopefully ease my pain for good, but for now, I would certainly recommend this table and the science of inversion.
Pure Fitness Inversion Therapy Table
This is a great product, if you know how to use it. I have bad lower back, been struggling with herniated disks especially in the last year. Inversion definitely started to help, but it is not enough. You really need to try exercising in the inverted position, which stretches and strengthens at the same time but is a bit hard because you cannot fix table position with this table. This table has two more weaknesses. (1) The section where feet are to be secured is flimsy. (2) The rotational security handles on left and right do not set properly into their grooves, so when you invert the table dangerously "adjusts" itself, with clicking noises and shifting.
