poor from the start
Same thing happened to me! Just purchased this model, the volume button was broke, after the initial charge all you get is the cursor blinking and everytime you go to start up there is a loud ding sound. Obviously there is a trend here. And this model was supposed to have the webcam on top of the screen which was vacant. Not worth it and now I have to go thru the hassle of an exchange process!

LOVE THIS LAPTOP
I got this laptop a few months ago... I have not had any real problems with it, the cam is very clear can even cam in the dark and its clear, the only down side I notice is the speakers are not very loud so I bought speakers and the sound is now great!!! would recommend this laptop to anyone!!!

i was very displeased to learn on the opening of my acer laptop that it was not workin as it should ive never been able to use it since i bought it and to this day it is still with my country's acer service provider being fixed.
