I was really excited by this gift from my husband.
But on the third day when I try to wear it again, two small rings on one end just separated and I could never wear it. I searched on the website and the receipt and could not find a phone number to complain. It seems only in "original condition" could I return and get full refund. I don't want the full refund and just want to repair it or replace it by a new one.
Found a number finally~I found that their customer service is good. They promised to give me full refund.
