Cheap and it blocks the phone ear sensor
The case looks and feels nice, however, it has two drawbacks:
1. It is a very cheap case, and will rip and start to crumble not long after you get it.
2. Notice that on the non-black cases it has a hole for the phone speaker. However, the iPhone also has a sensor above that ear hole that the phone uses to detect when you're holding it up to your ear so it can turn off the touchscreen while you talk. This case, in the non-black versions, covers up that sensor, which can cause problems.
Poor quality!
I got this as soon as I got my iphone, and within a week the case had started to rip, and within a few more days after that it was totally broken!
Now I don't do anything strenuous with my Iphone, its just in and out of my purse all day, there's absolutely no reason two sides of this case should've ripped!
Otherwise, its a good price, but you get what you pay for!
low cost, great fit
not sure about all these negative reviews. fits like a "glove" around the iphone, easy to remove for docking and the rubber helps hold in hand. did not use the screen shield, i like skin on glass touch.
bottom line this is a low cost, great little case alternative to the same OVER-PRICED stuff they sell at apple and at&t stores (asking $20).
i just ordered 2 more, as i expect that with normal use i will soon enough need. best part of this case, no bulk, slides in/out of my jean pocket.
suggest you buy this one for now, and keep looking for the "perfect" case if it exists.
