Confusing Book1
They didn't spend time on editing the book and as J. Sneade mentioned in the review "The editor of this book should be fired!" In the first section there are 9 practice questions & 8 answers. In chapter 5 question 1 refers to the GUI setup, but the answers reflect Text. The Practice question on chapter 6 are identical to chapter 7 (the same exact questions) even though the topics are different. I called the SMB Nation for weeks and after tons of calls I talked to a lady and she just didn't care to hear what I have to say about the issues. I don't recommend the book since it has many flaws and it will confuse you instead of teaching you. Try to search for another book. This is supposed to be a PRIMER

You can find better books.1
As has already been stated, this book is littered with typos and errors. It has questions that don't match up with the answers and their sad attempt at humor in it is just annoying.

The Editor and Proofreader should both consider giving their payment back to the publisher for their complete failure to do the job they were assigned.

Harry, without a serious improvement in the quality of your publications, this will be the last one that I buy.

Great author, but poor editing...3
I used this book to study for 70-282 in conjuction with the Microsoft Exam Crams that are available online and a Transcender practice exam. The Exam Cram I attended happened to be the author of this very book. She does know her stuff. However there are some mistakes in the book. I have been in contact with the author and pointed a few of them out to her for correction and she promised to do so for the next printing (if there is one since people will begin looking towards SBS2008). I have read a LOT of training books. I have seen better and I have seen worse. I rate this one as average. They do need to find a better editor. I must say that I easily passed the exam despite the flaws in the book.
