song from a "miami vice" episode
Well, I really wanted this album because it had a song from one of my favorite "Miami Vice" episodes, "Walk Like an Angel". I really loved that song. The episode is "Hostile Takeover". However, I found that I really liked the entire album. Toni Childs' voice is quite unique and I really liked it.

This album is incredible. Toni Childs is awesome and has the most amazing, powerful and unique voice. I recommend this highly. I only wish I could find her self titled album. I have it on cassette and am treasuring it. "Union" will blow you away.
Unique pleasure for your ears
Toni Childs has such a unique voice and style it is sad that she is not more well known. When this cd first came out I bought it and immediately fell in love with Walk and Talk Like Angels, Stop Your Fussin, Let the Rain Come Down, Zimbabwae, and Hush. Her songs have a touch of the islands, a hint of rock, and a large dose of her particular unique style.
