Customer Reviews

Great backpack for weekend trips5
Got this as I have been doing more traveling during the weekends and wanted a bigger backpack then my daypack but not as large as my normal hiking pack. This fit the job perfectly.

Good deal!5
I think the design of the bag is great. Though the bag is about 4-5 pounds itself, when it is fully filled with stuff, you really do not feel it is that heavy! Besides, I got this bag at a very low price - only $24.99. Probably it's a promotion on the first day the bag was release.

very pleased4
I took this pack on my first backpacking trip up Mt Shasta. I am 5'2" and 115 lbs. I put 40 lbs in the pack and it was still reasonable for me to hike with. This is my very first packpack so I don't have anything to compare it with. but by the end of the trip I felt like it had formed to my back, or maybe I formed to it?..... The little pockets on the side are great for things you need to access during the hike and I clipped a helmet and ice axe to the outside loops. There are also straps on the side that I clipped my water bottles to, this made my water easy to reach. It does have a pocket for the hidration system but it does not come with a bladder. The pack also has a space open in the middle of your back for ventilation but it doesn't interfere with the balance
Things I didn't like. It does not have a detachable daypack.... And there isn't a seperate compartment for the sleeing bag, but it does have a zipper at the bottem for access. I ended up putting my heavy things at the very bottem next to the frame, because of where the pack sat on my back it made the load more stable.
Over all I was pleased with it and I plan to use it many more times.
