The book is alright. It give a good list of fats and carbohydrate calories, but it has a limited appendix, and not enough information. It is a very dry read.

This book is very useful for me. It helped me to keep fit and know the nutrition facts about any food so I won't have a bite on any "fat-foods". I believe I have a healthier life by knowing the calories of any food products so I won't eat more than I need.
