Excellent production5
I got this CD as a gift from my brother, who lives in Caracas. I found it to be an execellent rendition of "Venezuelan Jazz". Naranjo's pieces Afro-Venezuelan Bop, Sigueme and Patmieri (his homage to Eddie Palmieri) are my favorites, but I have to admit that his version of "Caballo Viejo" (awesome vocals by Dayhan Montiel) is without doubt one of the best I've heard. If you appreciate latin jazz in any form, this is a must have.
