| This ecumenical group of women in the Sedalia, MO area will read and discuss books with an ethical or moral imperative. As we come together with a common Christian heritage and Judeo-Christian values, but still our own unique faith-based thoughts, we expect this to be an interested experiment in our finding common ground while expanding our understanding of the parameters of our faith. The strong interest in this "experiment" has allowed us to form two groups to meet and discuss a different book on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. One group will meet at 10am, the other at 5:30pm (both in the Common Room of Calvary Episcopal Church). Both will read and discuss the same books, so attend whichever is most convenient for you. These books will cover the first 6 months; after that, we'll suggest and vote on new books to read as a group. Please join us soon. We'd love to see you. If you have questions, contact Mary Alice Malmo! | ||
