christmas gift
I ordered this item for a Christmas gift for my son. When it was received, three of the little silver knobs on the ends of the flatware were missing. I contacted the seller, and they replaced those items right away!! I was really impressed! I thought I would probably have to return the entire order but no - they just shipped the individual items needed to correct. And my son and his wife JUST LOVED the flatware. Thank you very much. Lightweight & flimsy
I guess these would be OK to take on a picnic or a packed lunch, but they are just too light for me to feel comfortable using them every day at home. The plastic is much lighter than the stainless, thus they feel 'unbalanced' and insubstantial. I wanted flatware that's not "flat," but this, although cute looking, just doesn't fit the bill. This has put me off any flatware with plastic handles. You get what you pay for.

High Quality Beautiful Set!
When I purchased this set I was thinking that perhaps this would be a cheap set and perhaps it would rust in the dishwasher or the spoons would bend OR perhaps they would just fall apart. Well I was way wrong! The set is medium weight but are strong and dishwasher safe. The colors are a very welcome addition to my kitchen: brings fun to dining. The set came with an elegant hanger/holder which freed up a drawer for other junk I collect in the kitchen. Overall I found absolutely nothing negative about this set and was surprised to find how great it turned out.
