![]() | Kodak Easyshare P880 8MP Digital Camera with 5.8x Wide Angle Optical Zoom
Buy used from: $214.77 (Still!) The créme de la créme of Kodak's consumer cameras. With a 5.8X of manual optical zoom with eight mega-pixels, a 2.5" LCD, hot-shoe flash connector (for optional P20 External Flash), and a synch port for slave flashes - the P880 is a monster camera for the hardcore enthusiast. It's my favorite because it's such a versitile and consistant performer.

![]() | Kodak Easyshare P850 5.1MP Digital Camera with 12x Image Stabilized Zoom
Buy used from: $219.75 Call me sentimental, but I dig this camera. (I made it a goal to own the complete P-Series collection of cameras - I did it!) It's responsive. It does the job.
![]() | Kodak Easyshare P712 7.1MP Digital Camera with 12x Image Stabilized Zoom
Buy used from: $138.00 The replacement model for the P850. The rule-of-thirds grid is neat. An all-around wicked little performer.
![]() | Kodak EasyShare Z650 6.1MP Digital Camera with 10x Optical Zoom
Buy used from: $119.99 My knock-around beater camera. The Z650 offers point-and-shoot simplicity with stunning color reproduction and the flexibilty of manual settings when auto-mode and presets just won't cut it. 6.1 mega-pixels and a 10X zoom (5X digital and additional 5X optical) make the Z650 a mini-dSLR with attitude. A good, all-around, knock-around camera.
![]() | Kodak EasyShare M863 8.2MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Black)
Buy used from: $89.94 A decent camera I carry around in my pocket. Lean on zoom and manual settings, it takes decent shots in various lighting situations. I don't know - It's better than having a camera phone or no camera at all, I guess... :)
![]() | Kodak P20 Zoom Flash for P850, P880 & P712 Digital Cameras
Buy new: $105.27 / Used from: $104.00 A must have accessory for Kodak's P-Series cameras. Synchs up (via hot-shoe) with each camera's zoom to deliver perfect lighting every time. It'll bounce, but it won't swivel... Still well worth the money though! Check out my customer photos to see it mounted to each camera in the P-Series.
![]() | Kodak P880 Lens Adapter
Buy new: $24.95 Metal adapter ring for the P880 will accept lenses and filters at 55mm. Useful for attaching Kodak's telephoto lens, but useless with 55mm filters as vignetting will occur.
![]() | Kodak 8252355 Camera Lens Adapter for P850 Digital Cameras
Buy new: $26.97 I own two of these, one for the P850, and one for the P712. They're metal - sturdy. I leave them on the cameras all the time with a Sunpak 55mm capped on top to protect the lens housings. It's also a necessity for attaching the accessory lenses and filters listed below.
![]() | Kodak Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 1.4x 55mm Telephoto Lens
Can be shared between the P880, P850, P712 and the Z650. The necessary 45mm-55mm adapter ring comes prepackaged with the Z650, but the 59mm-55mm adapter for the P880 needs to be purchased seperately from the camera, as does the adapter for the P850 and P712 (they use the same one). Acts as a high-powered magnifying glass for these cameras and is wonderful for astrophotographical pursuits.
![]() | Kodak Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 0.7x Wide Angle Lens (55mm)
Considerably exetends the field of view for the P850, P712, and Z650 with little or no distortion and absolutely no vignetting. Incredibly clear panoramic, scenic views can be achieved using this lens. A big chunk of glass for a little cash. A great investment for any Z-Series camera.
![]() | SUNPAK CF-7033 UV Ultra-Violet Filter 55mm
Buy new: $5.57 / Used from: $0.01 Reduces UV light and haze, a UV filter is the one filter anyone with a camera that accepts them should own. One each for the P850 and the P712.
![]() | Sunpak CF-7058 CP Circular Polarized Filters 55mm
Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $8.99 Reduces reflections in daylight shots and offers contrast between blue skies and clouds. Shared between the P850, P712, and the Z650.
![]() | Opteka 52mm Close-Up Set (+1, +2, and +4) with 10x Macro Lens
The P880's macro lens set. It performs adequately. It comes with a nice carry pouch, too... :) I do most of my macro work with the P880 and this lens kit.
![]() | Digital Concepts +1 +2 +4 +10 Close-Up Macro Filter Set with Pouch (55mm)
Buy new: $13.91 The macro lens set I utilize for the P850, P712, and Z650. When using auto-focus settings with these cameras, be sure to select the macro focus setting (indicated by the little flower symbol) in the AF menu. It's a cool set of lenses for the price and also comes with a carry pouch.
![]() | Adorama Slinger Filter Wallet "P" Holds Six 82mm Round or Six "P" Series Square Filters, Black.
Buy new: $13.95 Actually, it's a Tiffen wallet - a little different from what's pictured, at least, from what I and others received. Anyway, it does a good job storing filters.
![]() | HOYA 52MM UV Haze Protection Filter
Stays continuously mounted to the P880 to protect the lens. Great price. Great filter. I've had bad experiences with Tiffen filters - they're junk. Hoya filters have never disappointed me.
![]() | HOYA 52MM Circular Polarizing Filter
Buy new: $29.95 Makes blue skies bluer when mounted to the P880... :)
![]() | Hoya 52mm 82A Cooling Multi Coated Glass Filter
Buy new: $21.95 Photographing a concert, club gig, or stage production? I use this with the P880 to cut down on red shift from stage lighting.
![]() | Hoya 52mm Orange Multi Coated Glass Filter
Buy new: $23.85 Something I use when I mess around with b/w and sepia - again, a recommended filter for the P880.
![]() | HOYA 52mm Yellow Filter
Buy new: $17.85 Again, another filter used with the P880 for b/w work. It'll help bring out subtle cloud hues in otherwise boring skies.
![]() | Tiffen 52mm 812 Warming Filter
Buy new: $15.40 / Used from: $8.49 The only Tiffen filter I have in my bag. Why? It's the only one that didn't break - yet. Does the job with the P880. Good for outdoor portraiture.
![]() | Hoya 55mm UV Haze Protection Filter
Buy new: $7.97 / Used from: $1.98 Excellent filter I use with the Z650. I leave it on (screwed on over the included 45mm-55mm adapter) the camera all the time for protection.
![]() | Adorama 55mm Metal Screw-on Lens Cap
Buy new: $5.95 With the exception of the M863, all of my cameras are protected with one of these metal caps. They thread into the UV filters and offer double stability and protection for each lens. They're a must have for me. Sadly, 52mm isn't available on Amazon, but they're are other places they can be found.
![]() | Adorama 55mm Wide Angle Digital Lens Hood - Petal Shaped
Buy new: $9.95 Great accessory for the P850 and the P712. It serves to block stray light from getting into the lens when shooting outdoors in daylight - a place where these cameras have been known to suffer a bit.
![]() | Kodak KLIC-5001 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Digital Camera Battery for Z730, Z760, Z7590, DX6490, DX7630, DX7440, P850, P880 and P712 Digital Cameras
Buy new: $20.95 / Used from: $9.00 The higher capacity Kodak battery for P-Series cameras. It's always a good idea to carry fully-charged spares.
![]() | KODAK Ni-MH 1-Hour Battery Charger K6200-PC-C+4 - Battery charger 4xAA, 2xAAA - included batteries: 4 x AA NiMH
Buy new: $22.99 Rechargeable batteries for the P20 Zoom Flash
![]() | Kodak Gear 60 Inch Photo/Video Tripod with Quick Release for Film & Digital SLR Cameras and Camcorders
Buy new: $29.95 An excellent tripod at a price that's beyond reasonable. I purchased this from 47th Street Photo for $9.95 (it's gone up a bit since then) and it arrived in two days using regular shipping! Has a tilt feature which allows you to angle the camera for different shots. It also has a level, a handle, and hand crank to adjust height. If you're going to use delayed shutter speeds, it's a must-have...
![]() | Kodak 5.75" Compact Metal Mini Tripod with Ball Head for all Digital Cameras
Buy new: $1.95 Comes in handy sometimes in those "just in case" situations. Small enough to fit in most camera bags, and for two bucks... who could argue?
![]() | Kodak 2GB Premium Secure Digital Card (KPSD2GBSCC)
One for each camera. The P-Series cameras use FAT16 formatting, and won't recognize SD cards with a capacity higher than 2GB's...
![]() | Kodak Digital Camera Bag (Medium)
Buy used from: $14.99 Amazon won't allow me to add the bag I actually use to carry all this stuff around in (http://www.amazon.com/Kodak-Crinkle-Nylon-Full-Size-Video/dp/B00005BCU8), pro'ly 'cause Kodak discontinued it ages ago. I actually own the 70072 model, same as where the URL above takes you, just in black. The bag is HUGE and holds all my gear (except the tripod). I do own this medium-sized bag though.
