Customer Reviews

melted1
I wondered why I smelled plastic burning -- the next day my card reader did not work because it had melted -- lucky I didn't have a fire. Amazon did not credit my account nor help me get a replacement -- the manufacturer did not respond either. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

No good for memory stick pro duos1
I bought this reader for its published support for all types of memory sticks at all speeds, capacities, etc. In reality it only occasionally recognizes my memory stick pro duo's (1GB and 16GB). Any e-mails to their service department went unanswered. The first 16GB Sony memory stick pro duo did not work, but that was due to it being a fake. The 2nd one I received from Amazon was real and correctly recognized by my PSP, but not properly by this reader. First I got speeds of 700-800KB for data transfer with data being corrupted. Second time I did get around 7-8MB. After that I could not get either stick recognized again in the reader even after unplugging and replugging the USB cable.

Does the job4
I only used it with a SDHC, but it works for that and works great.
