Does what it is supposed to.
I purchased this as a second battery for the Canon HF10. It gets about 80min of recording time when not using the video light. Not much else to say, it's just like the one that comes with the camera.
Great battery for 80 Minutes
Great Battery. I bought a few of them since it only lasts for 80 minutes and the BP819 was not available & I was heading of for a cruise. Over the 2 weeks I discharged and recharged them a dozen times each, no problems.
Handling the camera for about 4-5 hours each day, I was glad only the 809 was available. I am not sure if the larger size of the 819 would have made the camera handling as comfortable.
Works as Intended
Not much to write other than this battery allowed me to keep using my camera during extended periods. I used this battery as a backup on vacation and it worked great for that purpose!
