The quilt-through construction helps reduce the bunching of fill to eliminate cold spots. Other features include self-repairing zippers and two integrated elastic straps.

Could be better
Bag did NOT come with outer cover/bag to store and protect it. We have other bags that have very convenient storage outer bags and better ties to keep the bag rolled up for storage and transport. The bag is not lined with any "fleece-like" material, making it feel colder and less insulated.

it was longer than what i tought, so i have plenty of space, but to big to carry on back pack

feels comfy and warm
I haven't used it outside in 30 degree weather but the sleeping bag is good quality and feels warm. And for $22 it is great deal from amazon.
