what a great stethoscope.
this is a very good stethoscope works great on tiny babies (i see babies from 4 pounds and up and it does the trick.

Perfect for the NICU Nurse with hearing impairment!
If you have a hearing impairment, this stethoscope is very helpful. I have unilateral hearing and have no problems hearing heart murmurs and breath sounds on extremely premature infants. There is no need for a bulky stethoscope that you won't be able to differentiate bowel sounds from cardiac sounds. I promise this one will be audible. There are not a lot of neonatal stethoscopes out there, so I am very happy that Littmann was able to satisfy my hearing impairment needs.
