This 4-track CD single from England is housed in a medium sized jewel case, features the title track backed by the video, and 2 non-album tracks.

"Long Way 2 Go" [Album Version] has the references to not being a fool for love. It's about confident attitudes, sure fire moods to be in control yet sensual in one. The back and forth with the featured artist is very catchy and fun. Cassie sings nicely bringing soft listener friendly styles along infectious grooves definitely great to sing a long or just get in the mood.

"When Your Body Is Talking" [Non-Album Track] is a very laid back R&B jam with bouncy type beats, mellow styles very good to light candles, get cozy with that special someone or just take pleasure in. Cassie has a beautiful soft vocal inflection that soothes like getting a back massage, having a bubble bath, or just feeling *really* nice.

"Can't Do It Without You" [Non-Album Track] has a mid-tempo R&B sound along Cassie's sugar coated soft vocals nicely sung reinforcing the beliefs that love and feeling special can't be done without that *special* someone. There's claps, varied tempos and sounds with catchy beats.

"Long Way 2 Go" [Video] features the actual viewing of the themes of not taking bad boy behavior or not being treated right. It is the enhanced CD version. One can only hope Cassie releases an official video DVD. There is a promo available in exclusive stores with some of her videos but it's region 2.
