The Room Divider
Just like all the Armarkat trees we've bought, this was easy to assemble with tools included. The faux fur is tougher than it looks and easily cleaned with any small brush. Needless to say, the cats love it.
Be aware that this stable piece of cat furniture is somewhat long...about 40 inches when looking for a location. (You can always turn the flabellate perch around if need be.) We banked it against a wall but it's quite stable to be freestanding. What you can't see in the picture is that it's got a thick rope hanging from the top perch thru a circular hole
in the highest shelf. Be ready for cat swashbuckling.

good value, but quality could be better
i have a 4 month old kitten that just figured out how to get all the way to the top of this condo last week (after owning it for 3 weeks). she seems to have no idea what the rope is for. i'm hoping she will figure it out. right now she is just jumping through the circular opening that the rope is hanging through. i do wish the platform at the very top had higher sides. the sides are low and i just don't think my cat feels very safe up there. if the sides were higher she could rest her head along the top. i have this condo resting on polished concrete floors and it's a bit wobbly. i've seen her sleep at the top of other kitty condos, i wish she would spend more time in this one.
also, this condo come with 2 yarn balls on elastic string that attach to the bottom of one of the platforms. my kitten pulled both yarn balls off within minutes and have been playing with them around the house. the yarn balls are falling apart and there are yarn pieces everywhere. but more importantly, a younger kitten might swallow the yarn and get hurt.

pros: easy to assemble, large, much cheaper than the ones they sell at P*tSmart and P*tco

cons: unstable, top platform has low sides, the yarn balls come apart

Great kitty condo
My cat dug this perch when we first got it a few years ago...she goes back on it when we move it to new locations in the house. Our new kitty just LOVES this! It has places to stretch and scratch. We tied a pom pom to the rope, and that provides hours of endless fun. Plus, the perch puts him at eye level and we can stop and say hi. I couldn't imagine a better kitty condo. It was easy to put together as well. I think we got it for a steal on ebay, but the price here seems reasonable.
