Customer Reviews

Great book5
This is one of those books I'm glad I came across in my life. It gave me a deeper understanding of the Bible and the Jewish heritage, as well as a basis to be objective when considering various Bible-related religious stances. I think it will help the genuine seeker who reads the Bible understand the meaning of each book in the Bible with confidence.

And God Said What5
I rec'd the order in a timely fashion and in the shape advertised. I was pleased w/ the service.

A MUST for really understanding the Bible!5
I've been teaching college-level adult bible study for 15+ years, and this book has put my own study and my approach to teaching in a new, and I feel certain, a more enlightened perspective. Reading the familiar stories, books and letters in the context of their varied literary forms brings excitement and understanding, insights and blessings that have been diminishing with repetition. "And God Said What?" is learned, yet highly readable, addressed to those seekers and teachers who wish to sit beside the original hearers and readers of the bible and understand as they did.
