About the Author

A true bully book
This book is a very fun read with more information than I could have imagined. Putnam has very forceful opinions but grounds them in a hard foundation of common sense. My wife and I bought this book to better prepare ourselves for our first AB. The knowledge we gained will be invaluable to us as we grow with our puppy. I want to provide the best enviroment I can for my dog, and this book helps explain all those personality traits and breed traits that I need to understand. Thanks Dave.

Read before getting an American Bulldog...Please!!!!!!!
First of all this book is fantastic! The information is the best I have found and the pictures and quality of the book in general is excellent. I bought this book after getting my first American Bulldog puppy. I wish I had read this book first. The author obviously has a true love for AB's and this book must have been a labor of love.
