Fast Shipping, Poor Design, Multiple pictures? Price change?
Item was the exact same hook that came with my Samsung WEP500 Bluethooth. I bought 2 since they were only $.89 and the original one broke so easy. I should have bought 10! The design of these is terrible. I have already had another break when trying to remove it from the headset for charging! Shipping was fast but cost me 3 times what I was spending. My $90 headset can not be used without one of these so now I'm 'Hooked' - no pun.

Why do the pictures show 2 different shapes of hooks? Mine were the thinner hook with the circle end.

Price is now over $2.00 each! What happened to $.89? With the way these break you can not spend $2.00 every week to have one.

Different, but good
The product I received has a round bracket (not a square one as pictured) latching it on to my earpiece and also has a more rounded ear hook than the one pictured as well, but it attached itself to the earpiece nicely and it fits my ear well.

I read other reviews that said they break easily and I ordered 2 based on that information. I can tell that they are made of pretty flimsy plastic and they could break easily if they are subjected to abuse, but I installed my first one over a month ago and it is still going strong under normal daily use.

All in all, my expectations were greatly reduced before I ordered this product and as a result of that, I am pleasantly surprised with what I got and am happy with my purchase. Beware of seemingly high shipping costs when ordering a quantity of these together.

not as good as I thought
The product does not look the same as the picture. It does not match the one I had before. It works just ok, not what I wanted. It is flemsey and not as ridged as the last one I had.
