Buy new: $0.01 I NEVER thought I could do it, but I have moved away from Palm--still love 'em, but I grow to love my Bold more and more each day. A bit more difficult to get used to and not as user-friendly as Palm but Great all the same. Add a touch-screen and this phone would be all but perfect.

Buy new: $99.99 When this phone works well, it truly IS a great phone...my only gripe is having to hard reset it, which loses everything on it. Either learn how to backup your calendar & contacts or find something else. Windows Mobile may never catch Palm or Blackberry--but again, when it works, I really like it.
