Panasonic KX TCA93 - Headset ( clip-on )
Hard to keep on your ear and then adjust mouthpiece. Not very loud even with volume turned all the way up. Caller on other end detects a funny background noise.

very poor service
When I hooked the headset over my ear, I heard the snap of one of the components breaking. I wrote to the supplier explaining the problem, asking for a refund, and offering to return the product if they would send an address. The vendor wrote back promptly stating that they would charge us a restocking fee (so they must plan on sending this broken unit out to someone else?) and saying that we must return it with no damaged parts before they would consider refunding the money. Clearly they had not read our complaint at all. We wrote back saying that was an unsatisfactory solution and asking for an better solution from them. That was over a week ago, and we have not heard back from them. Very very bad service!

Reasonably good
The sound quality is more than adequate.
They are so lightweight that I'm afraid I'm going to break it sometimes. Well, actually, I broke the mic arm off one of them before I realized that they couldn't be adjusted (bent). A little superglue and it was fine. Still, they won't hold up for very long without being careful and not letting your teensagers use them.
