great alterative to artificial sweetners
I ordered this for my son's diabetic girlfriend as an alternative to chemical sweetners. This stuff is super sweet and you only need a little pinch.
I put it in a tea ball to steep along with the tea to cut down on my youngest son's processed sugar consumption. We use this and fruit flavored tea as an alternative to carbonated beverages and kool-ade. He says he likes them better and even takes a thermos of it to school.
Works great in hot or cold beverages but I have yet to try it for baking.
Also 2 oz goes a long long way.
