Customer Reviews
Fraudulent publisher or author?
Even though I gulped at the price of this product ($69), I ordered it because it promised a set of CDs included with the book. Amazon shipped it promptly -- but without the CDs. I asked for a replacement, and the second shipment arrived almost immediately after I sent in my complaint -- AGAIN without the CDs. It seems that the author or publisher has simply NOT included the CDs in this product as promised. Their assurance that the book includes a set of CDs is all over the cover of the book, and a plastic sleeve is inside the book -- but EMPTY both times. I am sending it back and getting a refund. Very disappointing.
AN EXCELLENT OFFICE ASSISTANT
While I have been in the counseling industry for over ten years, I have found that Dr. Zur's book, with its accompanying CD, make an excellent "office assistant" - especially for those who are operating on a tight budget. Much time was saved by being able to copy and paste the forms and then adjust them with my particular office requirements. If I did not understand how a form was to be used, the book gave an excellent discription. I also added some forms (ugh!) because of Dr. Zur's common-sense explanation of why I needed them. I am currently "renovating" my office procedures, and trying to better comply with HYPPA, and have found this book a wonderful help.
